This property had an old sunroom that was very run down and not a useable space due to the ceiling not being watertight, as you can see in the photo shown we removed the existing structure and built a new Queensland Room with Insulated Panel for the ceiling and the walls, installed sliding windows and colonial sliding glass doors. Using the Hybrid Vinyl Flooring to finish it off.
The verandah was a continuation of the Frame and the Insulated Roof Panels to match the modern new outdoor area.
