About this Stratco Project

At Narellan Home Improvement Centre (NHIC), we take pride in bringing our customers’ visions to life. Our latest project in Catherine Fields was no exception, showcasing our ability to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.

The customer requested a Pergola with a concrete slab, and as a one-stop shop, we partnered with our trusted concreting team at ANM Concrete to handle the entire project. ANM Concrete laid a perfectly executed 100mm slab, ensuring all the necessary preparation was in place for us to install the Stratco Cooldek Riser Pergola.

This project was unique, as the customer desired the height of a riser pergola without the traditional gap between the gutter and the beam. To achieve this sleek, modern look, we installed Riser Brackets that sat flush on top of the house gutter, with the beam sitting directly on top. The result was a stunning modern riser with the extra height the customer wanted.

For the frame, we used the Stratco Outback 150mm x 68mm beam and 150mm x 150mm Powdercoated Aluminium Posts to create a bold, thick structure that stands out while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The Stratco Cooldek roofing provided a beautiful ceiling finish, and the Stratco Edge gutter in Gun Metal Grey (Monument) tied everything together perfectly, creating a seamless integration with the home’s existing architecture.
