About this flat insulated pergola and Merbau deck project

This newly built home at Edmondson Park was built with no Alfresco, so for this home we built an Insulated Flat Pergola with an overhang of approx. 450mm to match up with the house eaves. The frame used is 90x90mm powder coated Aluminium posts with a 170x50mm powder coated beam in the colour Monument to match in with house colours.

For the deck we built a Merbau Timber deck with a termite barrier between the house concrete slab and the new deck, installed by a licensed pest control company as per Australian standards, to give the customer the peace of mind that their house and new deck is protected.
